Biography

Nick Mills is the Director of Environment & Innovation at Southern Water, where he leads a team focused on improving environmental outcomes through innovative approaches. His team is working on a plan to reduce the use of storm overflows using catchment-based solutions, successfully demonstrated in the Southeast of England as part of a pathfinder programme.

Nick has a strong background in delivering complex and innovative programmes and previously led several large-scale demonstrations of new technology and concepts at Thames Water.
