Biography

Benjamin Creutzfeldt has led Berlin State Hydrology at the Senate Department for Mobility, Transport, Climate Protection, and the Environment since 2013. He manages the hydrometric network, the EU Floods Directive, stormwater risk, and water resources while representing Berlin on various committees.

With a background in geoecology, Benjamin's career spans international research, including fieldwork in Brazil, studies in South Africa, and postdoctoral research in the USA. His expertise in hydrology is built on years of hands-on experience and a passion for water resource management.
